I bought some masa harina recently for a chili recipe. The smallest size package I could find was 5 lbs - way more than I needed, obviously, but I try not to substitute when I'm trying a recipe for the first time. Besides, it was inexpensive.
So now I have 5 lbs of masa harina (minus a few tablespoons) begging to be used!
I know I can make tamales or tortillas, which I'm eager to try, but I'm looking for other ideas. 5 lbs is a LOT!
Any ideas? Thanks!
