Need help with re-creating Carne Oaxaquena

There is a Mexican restaurant in Algonquin named El Molino. There, they have a fantastic entree named Carne Oaxaquena, which is quite smoky and spicy. Does anyone know how to make Oaxaquena sauce, or if it isn't a traditional Oaxacan sauce, does someone know how to make the sauce the restaurant used?
