what to do with over creamy/super salty feta?

hi all,
i bought a package of feta that is super creamy (think cream cheese consistency) and way too salty. it was surprisingly decent on pizza, but i think the best way to temper the super saltiness is to use it in a baked quiche-like form, mixed up with a lot of other stuff.

any ideas?
