I attempted to make homemade yogurt popsicles recently but they came out ‘icy’ rather than creamy.
I basically mixed yogurt, fresh strawberries and one very ripe banana in the blender (pretty much a smoothie) and poured it into the mould. The taste was also a bit bland (freezing yogurt/fruit definitely does not taste as sweet as the slightly chilled product). Not overly happy with the results, any tips?
My parents used to just put juice in the moulds, but seems like you would suck all the juice out and be left with just ice. This doesn’t happen with the store bought product!
I am also not set on yogurt popsicles, anything goes!
