This may sound like a frivolous question, but which one of these three "green" (literally!) soups do you prefer the most?
And what is your favorite recipe to make them, vegetarian style?
I am delivering food for a friend who will be recovering from surgery and would love to get some ideas. She is vegetarian and advised to avoid hot and spicy...but I guess a tiny bit is ok.
