Cream (Milk) Hard Candy (imported)

Hey-

I've now searched through neary every candy dealer online, obviously fruitlessly -g- Thus I turn to the food experts who might be able to help a craving that came out of nowhere recently.

These candies were small (under and inch at the longest part) rectangle/squares wrapped in matte white paper, with an amber shillhouetted cow on either a blue or green field with one single yellow flower near the head of the cow, There may have been amber and yellow offset stripes on the wrapper as well as Product of... in blue print, with the lettering looking quite blocky. You found these candies usually in german or polish grocery stores in my youth (I'm not that ancient, but AM nearly 40) for 10-25 cents each. THey had little print, but had yellow

They were hard candy when you unwrapped them but turned to crumbles in a few moments in the mouth, and were incredible. They are not like the japanese Milk Candy, nor the "Cows" brand that are easily found under google. Any help would be deeply appreciated!

Thanks!
