I have, randomly, one container of reduced fat cream cheese and one jar of fairly good quality pesto on hand. I froze the pesto and wanted to use it with a meat, either chicken or fish. And the cream cheese, i was thinking perhaps a dip for vegetables? (what can i mix in - nuts, herbs, sauces, etc.)
(no pasta or bread stuff involved, since I am supposed to avoid these for my health right now).
Do you have any good ideas on how to use these?
I was thinking it might taste interesting to mix some of the pesto and cheese together, too, but I'd like separate suggestions for each.
Thank you!
