Costco finally got cranberries so I could make my Cranberry-Vodka infusion. There are 3 pounds of cranberries resting comfortably in 1.7 liters of vodka.
But, the cranberries are so light that they float to the top, exposing some of the cranberries to air. Is it necessary that they be fully immersed? If so, how would I submerge them?
