Craig Laban's 2018 Guide to Eating in Philadelphia

Have had a chance to peruse most of the eating guide. I found the reviews to be fair, though there were some very conspicuous absences from certain categories. I would also love to compare it to the Philadelphia Magazine top lists.

Most notable absences include Osteria, Amis, every steakhouse in Philadelphia, and independent restaurants like Bistrot La Minette and Will BYOB
