I had a very disappointing thing happen. For Valentine's dinner last night I served Lobster Crepes with a Crabmeat Cream Sauce. I bought fresh crabmeat in a sealed plastic container. The cold crabmeat smelled and tasted fine, but when it got hot in the sauce it tasted and smelled Bad (not spoiled, just Not Good). Very strong and muddy. Why would this be, and does anyone know any way of avoiding it. It really ruined the sauce and therefore the meal. Thank you!
