I have about an hour and a half before I start getting finner together. I have just under a pound of back-fin crab and don't want to make crab cakes. Also, no white food like pasta, flour, sugar, or rice. Any creative suggestions for a very hot evening? We had the cold avacado soup with a dollop of crab for lunch today and added a bit of salsa and a crumbling of crisp corn tortilla.
