My husband and I are going to be in Baltimore for a weekend at the end of February. First things first: I'm researching restuarants and we're looking forward to crab in various forms. As I'm reading, I see people talking about the season, which makes sense to me. Where are the crabs from in February? Is it worth shelling out (sorry) money for steamed crabs or crabcakes in February or is it not going to be any better than what we get in NY anyway?
