Anybody know where I can get this dish? In Cantonese its "Hai Wong Tsee" (Crab Yellow Fin) and in Mandarin that's probably "Xie Huang Tss".
What it is is Shark Fin Soup with a ton of Crab egg in it; hence the "yellow" part of the name. It ends up looking almost like a very yellow tomato soup, but tastes like a rich version of Shark Fin!
I haven't been able to find this in San Francisco yet .... anybody found this yet?
