Crab and Culinary School

Two separate questions that I will put in one post.

First. Where is the best restaurant for pure clean delicious crab. We usually buy our crab at the Asian markets, but had a side order of Alaskan at Outback (not very chowish I know, but its good for take-out) and thought how nice it would be to have it done right. Any suggestions?

Second. I have heard that one of the culinary schools in San Francisco offers some type of buffet on Friday nights. Where is this, and how is it?
