My mom likes crab cioppino, and she mentioned going to Scoma's. We may wind up there anyway (her birthday, her choice) but I was wondering if there were any other recs for a nice crab cioppino in San Francisco. Thanks!
Food & Wine’s Justin Chapple makes his zippy cioppino (a San Francisco original) with shrimp, squid, mussels and cod, then, to give it a lively Korean twist, he also includes tofu and gochujang (Korean red pepper paste).
Summer is in full swing, which (hopefully) means trips to the park or the beach. If you’re taking a picnic along, you should know a few food safety rules so you can pack, transport, and eat your meal without the threat of food poisoning. Liz Weinandy
