On a mission to find a cozy, moderately priced tapas-style restaurant downtown-westish (not strict) for Tuesday night dinner with a friend. I must be getting on: a the quieter and cozier the room the better. Loud music/patrons not my bag. Yummy food and decent wine are most important.
Also, are there any rooms with decent (even impressive) views that aren't (a) too pricey (b) spinning around (c)serving lousy food and VQA-only wine lists...
