Covid Second Wave Panic Buying?

Now that the Covid virus is spiking around the world, should I stockpile toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning & baking supplies et al? Jeez, I hope not. Maybe this time around because there are quantity limits in place at most large chain retailers it won't be as big a problem? I was at Costco Thursday and there were plenty of roll towels and toilet tissue. We'll see what happens this upcoming week. The fact that it's the week before Thanksgiving doesn't help.
