Covid era home-cooking... kicked up a notch!!

Currently, there's a province wide ban on ' restaurant dine-in '. Hence, using $$$ saved for dining-out to elevate home-cooking, now and then!

Today's lunch... experimenting with home-made ' King Crab ( Tarabagani ) ' Shabu-Shabu/ramen noodle by intensifying the regular Kyushu Tonkotsu soup base using left-over BC Spotted Prawn Heads and Roasted King Crab Shells. The result?!.....an 'umami galore' dish packed with natural MSG! Ha! :D
