Coursera-Economic Issues, Food and You

A free upcoming online course starting September 9.


"This course emphasizes the role of economics regarding its influence on food prices, the environment, and government policies."

I took the recently-ended Science of Gastronomy course and actually stuck with it until about half way through. Here's hoping I can do better on this one.
