A couple NYC folks visiting Seattle this weekend. Advice requested.

Hi all, we only need a recommendation for Friday lunch (probably in the Pioneer Square area) and dinner Monday.

We are taking the red eye home Monday night so need to eat on the early side (and bonus points if it's between Capitol Hill and SeaTac - or not totally out of the way).

I booked Spinasse at 5:30 just in case, but something about eating Italian food when we're from NYC makes me feel silly. Not to say it won't be delicious, but is there a "quintessential" PNW restaurant we should be trying instead?

Thanks all!
