a couple GYRO questions...

Just had an amazing gyro at a local greek festival, and a couple of questions came to mind [i couldn't find anythint on google, but i'm sure i'm just not asking the right questions...

1] how much [roughly] does that cylinder of meat they carve off of cost?

2] how long will the cylinder last without spoiling?

3] is the meat cylinder already cooked all the way through, or is the center raw and cooks later?
