Country Ham?

I'd like to order a country ham - Since I have no time for a road trip to Cadiz, KY, it will have to be shipped.

Preliminary research suggests that I ought to look for one that has been aged for at least one year. Will that be a problem, since some purveyors sell out at Christmas?

Research also suggests that Smithfield, VA is not necessarily the best place to find a truly great ham. Any thoughts?
