Does this count as reheating twice? Lasange

I made lasange yesterday. I cooked the meat sauce (minced beef and bacon lardons) and then left in the pot with the heat off and lid on whilst I made the white sauce. I then assembled the whole thing and put into the oven for 45mins. The meat sauce was sitting in the pot off of the heat for about an hour before going into the oven. Afterwards I decanted leftovers into airtight containers and cooled on the counter for around 2 hours before refridgerating. I have 2 big portions leftover which I would like to have for dinner tonight, so my question is would this count as reheating twice? I have had a very very bad experience with food poisoning in the past so am overly anxious about things like this!
