Citron in Rockridge (College Avenue)has opened a new cafe next door. Modeled after Chez Pannise Cafe in North Berkeley. Small plates, great wine list and a full bar open to 1:00 A.M. Nothing over $9.00. Rockridge has needed an adult bar and cafe. We had roasted quail, pear and gorganzola flat bread, and grilled sword fish. In word excellent. Great crowd and lots of good energy. Finally a place to hang out in Rockridge. A must to check out.
