Costco Rotisserie Chicken Products

Sacto_Damkier | Dec 17, 200703:07 PM     23

One of my favorite meals at Costco is their rotisserie chicken, but I never really tried any of their other chicken products. I am guessing that they use the leftover chicken to make their Rotisserie Chicken Noodle Soup, Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo, and Rotisserie Chicken Salad.

So I finally tried these on a whim and was very impressed. The soup was very delicious with excellent ingredients and just the right balance of flavor. The Alfredo was also well done, not overly salty or gooey. The chicken salad tasted very fresh and went well with crackers and sandwiches the next day. The best part is that the flavor of the chicken enhances the other products.

Compared to the other meals available in Costco, it can be easy to overlook these basic meals, but they are very good and inexpensive.
