I have been tasked with the important job of finding a new company to manage our cafeteria. As my goal is to bring fresh and healthy food to our employees, I have struggled to find many options beyond the major players in the industry. In desperation, I am reaching out to the CH community. What corporate cafeterias have impressed you in the Boston area?
I remember liking the cafeteria in the State Street building. This was 7+ years ago, but it was the best corporate cafeteria I've been in. Not sure who managed it.
I would recommend Chef Louies. They do the Staples cafteria at their headquarters adn they are excellent. http://www.cheflouies.com/index.html
I've really liked Guckenheimer in the past (http://www.guckenheimer.com). My company switched to Aramark a few years ago and its not nearly as good.
Unidine is all about fresh and scratch made, and a Boston company. Could take a look at them.
Thanks for the recommendations, looking forward to exploring these options. Please keep them coming.
