Corona Heights Pork Store

Once again I trekked over to Corona from where I live in Middle Village Queens. Once again I encounterered the best eggplant parmiagiana hero I have ever tasted. The eggplant was fantastic thanks to grandma making it but as usual the parmagiana from the mozzarrella that they make, makes this hero oh so much more. Last time I was there she introduced me to this Brunelli cheese they used for grating. I brought a pound of this exquisite cheese imported from Rome only to pick on and eat because it's fabulous. I wish there were more real home made stores such as these all around. As you walk into their little store you are greeted with friendliness and comfort. As well as they let you taste the stuff that they are making or have which is always fantastic. This only being my second time there only makes me wonder that damn I missed alot but not anymore.
