Can My Corned Beef Be Saved?

I boiled a corned beef according to the package directions. Had to stop into the 2nd hour. It needed 30 min more. Now I have a tough piece of meat that I need to serve tonight. Can I just heat up for the additional 30 min lost last night? Should I bake it? Anyway to get it to be more tender?
