The best corned beef hash is served in the dining room of the Colonial Inn in Concord, Massachusetts. The corned beef is not ground, it's hand-cut into 1/8" dice which makes for a great texture. Needless to say, it's NOT out of a can.

It's really good, but I'm not sure it's worth a special trip from Southern California. If you're in the neighborhood, though, you should make the effort to check it out if you're a real hound for corned beef hash.
