I'm thinking of making fresh sweet corn ice cream as part of my dessert course for my gourmet dinner gathering. This is a forum for trying new and exciting things. So I when I came across this recipe, I thought it would be great for our current theme of celebrating summer.
But I want to serve something else besides corn ice cream. I have no idea what...any suggestions?
My presentation would be a small white cup of corn ice cream with a tiny silver spoon, both laying on a rectangular white plate. I would like to put something next to the white cup for the other component.
