My father in law went a little crazy at the farm and bought 72 cobs of corn for a party. Less than half of it was cooked and I somehow ended up with 2 dozen uncooked / unshucked corn in my house. We are a household of two so this is A LOT of corn for us! Any ideas on how I can use this up (other than eating it off the cob?). Thank you so much!
