Chef Corbin is designing new menus for ROM foodservices including c5 Restaurant Lounge, serving thoughtful, elegant world cuisine atop the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal, Food Studio Café, a creative eatery featuring global home cooking for the whole family, and the ROM’s resident catering service, c5 Catering.

On Friday, November 18, ROM Members are invited to a Member Preview of Maya: Secrets of their Ancient World. A special Maya inspired prix fixe dinner menu, created just for Members by Chef Corbin, will be available in c5 Restaurant during the Member Preview only. And, as a special treat while you dine, Members will have the opportunity to meet the ROM's new Executive Chef, Corbin Tomaszeski. Members will receive a 10% discount.
