Coquille St Jacque - Iron Gate in Belmont

mickimfeld | Feb 28, 202007:51 AM     1

The Coquille St. Jacque at the Iron Gate in Belmont is the only place I was able to find in the Bay area that serves the dish in the classic style I love. I suppose if you ate it every day for a week you would end up in the hospital. It's very rich. After tasting many dishes and appetizers that carry the same name, the Iron Gate is the only one I found to deliver the taste I remember from the Fisherman's Warf area in the 70's.
