Does anyone now how to make the Honey Jalapeño dressing from a restaurant in Charleston SC that used to be on Market Street in the lat 80's early 90's? They served it on a salad with crispy fried chicken- It was not too spicy and very addictive and yummy.

While we are on the salad dressing copycat topic

Cilantro Tequila dressing from Margarita's Restaurant in the Northeast? There are a few locations in Maine, NH, MA. It doesn't taste boozy- but the Cilantro really shines and it has a lovely citrus taste.
