Copper sugar pan advice

I just purchased the bourgeat sugar pan and upon arrival realized that it is extremely thin. I chose it because of previous threads about the great pouring rim and somehow overlooked the fact that thickness was not listed (I assumed 2mm). Does anyone have this pan? Does it work well for you? Should I return it and grab the mauviel? Thanks for the help!

Also, I may just be eyeballing the thickness poorly (as my other cookware is 2.5) if anyone knows the actual thickness of this please let me know because I could’t find it in my brief search online.
