How do you guys prepare the Copper River Salmon from Safeway....Last night, I bough a filet from Safeway, and prepared few ways...1, pan fried/seared w/ sea salt, 2. pan fried/seared and topped with some garlic with olive oil and 3, marinade w/ soy sauce, sake and dashi..then pan fried/seared again...
It turns out the texture is about the same as other farmed raised salmon..may be a bit tender (?).
What's the best way to cook that? bake? or BBQ?
