I'm contemplating whether a copper skillet/frying pan is really worth it. Now, when I saw worth it, I don't mean the money, because I'm willing to spend the money; I don't know if it's "worth" the time and effort it takes cleaning and maintaining it. Also, it's a big negative that I can't cook any acidic foods in copper. Out of the three, well-known brands, (falk, mauviel, bourgout) which would you recommend? Lastly, should I just save the trouble and get a stainless-steel skillet cored with aluminum?
