Copper or aluminum pizza pan?

FluffyKiwiFruit08 | May 2, 201606:44 PM

I broke my ceramic pizza pan and I want to get metal pizza pans now. I was thinking of getting just one 16" aluminum one from Nordic Ware (I have some sheet pans and they're pretty nice) http://www.amazon.com/Nordic-Ware-Alu... but then I saw these 12" copper ones on WS-http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produc...
Now, my eye went straight to those copper ones, but it would be $20 VS $200 (since I'd want 2 of the 12" pans VS just 1 16"). Wondering if there is any real benefits to copper for pizza pans? Or would a regular old aluminum one do just as good? I don't have a fancy pizza oven or anything, just be in the regular oven. What I do have is a 'problem' with wanting the pricey cookware LOL.
