I need help with choosing the best home cookware.
Cost is not a factor, just need the best I can get, to last as long as possible.
I cook a lot, mostly large meals for my family of 4, a lot of sauces, many tomato-based, a lot of rice, oatmeal, chili, vegetable stews as well.
I need help with choices. ECI? Clad SS? I've been doing a lot of research on demeyere vs fissler vs stab.
