A Cook's Tour: What's your most memorable meal?

Just read the new Bourdain (highly recommended christmas gift for anyone who likes food or travel) and it has set me to thinking about my most memorable ever meal. It's a toss up between harira and "griddled non specific meat" in the Djema El Fnar in Morocco or The Cliff in Barbabos, a restaurant that's cut into the side of a cliff (obvious, really) with the waves crashing on a beach below and everything lit by huges torches. stunning locations and stunning food, both different but utterly mesmerising.

Any other highlights?
