Cook's Seafood in Menlo Park?

The current discussion of NE chowder reminded me that a friend had recommended Cook's Seafood in Menlo Park. No, this isn't the quintessential chowder, as he said it is thickened. But he says it has lots more clams than most and he thins it with a bit of cream. Also raves about the fried sand dabs here, as does the post linked below.
