from the last issue. If you already have a good recipe don't bother with this new one. It's not like it's really hard to make but it does have some extra steps for no extra benefit IMO. And I'm a very experienced baker but I messed up the frosting a little (it just started to seize up); the temp must have to be really exact. I mean, it was a good cake but fussy. My old favorite, from Diner Desserts by Tish (?) Boyle is at least as good and far more straitforward.
