I passed this on the bus on the way from Brixton. Not sure why it piqued my interest but I’m glad it did. Ostensibly it’s an Indian takeaway but it has several Burmese dishes. I tried the Shan noodle dish. Big fat rice noodles with succulent chicken, crushed peanuts and pickled mustard greens which gave it some bite. The sauce had good chilli heat and had that savoury funkiness(I assume from fermented fish/shrimp paste) that I associate with Burmese food. Not really anywhere to sit apart from a ledge with a few stools but there’s always Brockwell park close by if the weather’s good.Much preferred it to the stuff from Madalay on Edgware Road
