Cooking with Teens

BigMama121987 | Apr 8, 201605:42 AM

Hi All,
I am here today because I work for a local non profit and we are now offering a cooking class once per week with teenagers ages 13-18. My co-worker and myself have found a couple different recipes to do with them and they have been successful. The problem now is that we have run out of ideas for recipes that are hands on for each individual. Lets face it we cannot all fit around the stove at one time and we have an hour and thirty minute window. We try to do recipes where each teen is able to keep themselves busy. Last week we made pizza like pretzels where we filled the dough with cheese then rolled into a pretzel added some cheese to the outside of the pretzel and some pepperoni and put them into the oven.. Stuff like this works well because they each have a task and are not just standing around with nothing to do. Sorry I am ranting.. Basically I am in search of ideas that we can do with our teens that will keep them busy and not bored. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
