With the numerous restaurant closures in Bellingham recently, I thought it might be time to try a different idea for dinner.
I am interested in forming a supper club in Bellingham for people who love to cook.
The exact format is open to discussion.
Each member prepares and brings a dish, pot-luck style.
All members bring ingredients and cook together.
Thematic dinners with each member selecting a course, using COTM, or choosing a country's cuisine, or an otherwise specific style of cooking.
Possible wine or cocktail pairings for those who indulge.
Venues could rotate among those members who would like to, and are able to, share their cooking and eating spaces.
Nothing high stress, nobody gets "chopped," just a group of people who like to cook, enjoy others' efforts, and try new things.
