Cooking in silver vs tin coated copper? Silver cooking tips?

coppernew101 | Jul 4, 202002:08 PM     1

What have your experiences been cooking in silver vs tin in terms of stickiness?I have read that silver is comparable to SS in how it easy it is to cook on. If you cook in silver do you have any tips on how to have food release well? I am torn between 2 rondeaus. One Manzetti and the other Soy Turkiye on clearance. Both 3mm, 24cm. Only diff is the soy is silver lined and Manzetti is tin. Both are same price with lids! Trying to decide which would be a good everyday pan that's easy and quick to use. Any help is appreciated.
