I am looking for a cooking school in Paris that offers, say, a three week session, for the Ms. and our now 14-year-old daughter.
The Ms. is an accomplished all-round cook who could be saucier or patisserie chef at an excellent restaurant if she could manage the volume. Vegetoid tendencies. She speaks excellent 19th century French.
Pipsqueak is vegetarian, really vegan, but I can convince to give this up for Paris. She does all her own cooking. She cooks with confidence and doesn't ask permission from anybody.
