My wife bought a package of ribs to be cooked tomorrow. On the package it says "Back Ribs". I'm used to the term "Baby Back Ribs" . . . but not just "Back Ribs". Do they sometimes use the term "Back Ribs" to refer to "Baby Back Ribs"?

The next part of this question is this: We usually put a foil tent around them and steam them in the oven to get them tender, and then (to give them a char) we either throw them on the grill or broil them in the oven. Which do you think is the better way to give them a char, grill or broil in oven?
