cooking with pre-made Oaxacan mole sauce?

I live in NY, and often dream of the amazing Oaxacan food I've had at Gualagetza in LA, and recently bought some to take home with me, but am at a bit of a loss about what to do with it. Please let me know if you have a good recipe for chicken in black mole sauce. Much thanks!
