This is the thread for reporting on recipes you make from Nancy Silverton's newest cookbook, MOZZA AT HOME.
About the Author: Award-winning chef and owner of six busy restaurants across two continents, Nancy Silverton is a name that needs no introduction on this board. In this her latest book Nancy shares with us how she returned to cooking for friends and family and rediscovered the great pleasures (and great tastes!) of cooking and eating at home.
I own and cook out of several of Nancy’s other books, but I think this is her most accessible one yet. If you are looking for weeknight or casual home fare, this is the book for you. I received it as an early birthday present and I have already made 8 things out of it. Thanks to my friend Susan for gifting it to me!
